Our standard support hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Customers who subscribe to an extended support hours contract can raise an emergency call between 08:00 and 18:00, 7 days a week, by calling the same number. It would helpful if you have your customer number or the number of an open ticket that the call relates to to hand.
