New Support Engineer
With recent changes to the safeguarding guidelines and LEA broadband provision, schools across the UK have been turning to Opendium systems to protect their students. Since Opendium was formed twelve years ago, the company has been built upon the quality of our technical support. With the influx of new customers, we are keen to ensure that we expand our team well before they become overstretched. To this end, we would like to introduce our new support engineer, Chris Rose-Walker.
Based in our South West England branch, Chris holds a bachelor's degree in computing and has over 10 years' experience working in support, operations and product development roles within a leading managed internet service provider. We are extremely excited to welcome Chris to the team, who will enable us to maintain the high quality of technical support and pace of innovation that our customers have come to expect.
I pride myself on good customer focused support and will be here to provide the best service possible. I'm looking forward to offering support that delivers the best results for our customers.
